An Investment Banker after an Experience of more than 15 to 20 yrs usually has the following work experience :
Administering Balance Sheet finalization and Consolidation in compliance to Ind-AS / Ind. GAAP, Managing statutory & Management Audit, ensuring timely completion.
Capital re-structuring including merger and de-merger, creation of AOP, Treasury operations & funds management, undertaking project feasibility studies and funds investment into various ventures.
Experience in Finance Modeling, Private funding / Fund Raising from PEs / VCs / Banks, Liaison with Financial Institutions for Term & Working Capital Loans and Private Investor Relation.
Developing and implementing internal financial control systems viz. project management, debtors management, stock monitoring.
Preparation of Financial Budget, formulation of KPIs, incentive policies and their effective implementation.
MIS reports to provide feedback to top management & Investors on financial performance, viz. profitability, fund management, segment status, credit control, etc.
Strategic Planning and assisting Management in defining Vision and Mission statements.
Negotiation and validation of commercial contracts, product costing and identifying business risks.
Sound Knowledge of the principles and practice of IFRS, Ind-AS, Indian GAAP, & US GAAP.
Good Knowledge of SOX, SEC & FATCA Compliances.
